Membership and payment
Membership under Me shows the current plan and the end date. The free tier allows fewer instances, accounts, and backtests. Some strategies require a paid plan.
01Open or renew
- Choose the plan to open, upgrade, renew, or downgrade. A renewal extends from the current end date. A downgrade follows the note on the page.
- Transfer the exact amount on the chain shown. A transfer on the wrong chain cannot be recovered.
- After the transfer, follow the check on the page. When it opens, the plan name and end date update.
The same page lists payment history. Plan names stay as configured and are not translated.
