Intended use
Intended when price runs in one direction for a period. A range can produce a series of small losses. Spot is long only. Contracts may be long or short.
Trend following
Entry is a moving-average cross or a channel break. The stop is executed by the platform.
Usage
Execution
Choose one mode: a moving-average cross, or a channel break. Adding size is off by default.
Before creation
The preview shows the stop price and the estimated maximum loss at that distance. Contracts also show margin and the distance to liquidation.
After it is running
Closed candles only. The position exits on the stop or the signal.
Allocated funds can be lost in full.
